We were purchasing a new home and hired Bullseye Home Inspections to provide an inspection prior to signing closing documents. Dan arrived early on the day of inspection and spent 3 hours scouring our house. Once he completed his inspection he told us that he saw some small issues but would compile a report complete with photos for us. Within 48 hours we had received report with photos, comments and suggestions. Dan even took the time to go over the report with us and gave us his recommendation of issues he found. The biggest concern was our roof; both the real estate agent and our mortgage company's inspector said our roof was fine.
